Luke Walton is hoping to receive medical clearance this afternoon to begin workouts on his surgically repaired right ankle and he said the ankle should be 100 percent by mid-October.
He has been doing some rehabilitation exercises since getting off the protective boot and worked out on a weight resistant treadmill for the first time Tuesday.
Walton underwent successful surgery July 18 to remove bone spurs and scar tissue and to clean up some cartilage debris from his right ankle.
