Kobe Bryant doesn’t plan on sitting in his Beijing hotel room while he is at the Olympics. The Lakers star is hoping to catch some action at other sporting venues, starting with the Olympic pool site.
“I want to see (American swimmer Michael) Phelps for sure. I want to see him do his thing,” Bryant said.
But that’s not all.
“I want to support the women’s National basketball team. I want to catch a couple of soccer matches as well. Definitely want to catch a couple of track and field events. … I’m naming every (darn) sport. I’ll be around. I’ll be around. I’ll pass on badminton, though. … well, maybe I’ll go to badminton.”
