While the Lakers and Ronny Turiaf’s agent continue their talks, the restricted free agent has been contacted by several teams, one being the Utah Jazz, according to agent Mark Bartelstein.
The Jazz contacted Bartelstein earlier this week about the third-year forward, but the two sides have yet to follow up on that initial call.
“We’ve been playing phone tag today,” Bartelstein said.
Bartelstein also is shopping around James Posey of the Celtics, whom the Lakers have expressed interest.
