The Maricopa County wasn’t thrilled about Shaquille O’Neal’s language he used during his freestyle rap at a night club Sunday and has demanded he return his special deputy’s badge.
In the video, Shaq not only demeaned Kobe Bryant but used a racially derogatory word and other foul language. The sheriff’s department said it left Sheriff Joe Arpaio no choice than ask for the badge.
Arpaio made Shaq a special deputy in January and promoted him to colonel of his largely ceremonial posse earlier this month.
“I want his two badges back,” Arpaio told The Associated Press. “Because if any one of my deputies did something like this, they’re fired. I don’t condone this type of racial conduct.”
