LOS ANGELES — Not great news for Boston point guard Rajon Rondo, who said he has been diagnosed with a bone bruise in his left ankle. He estimated he was 70 percent just now but said: “I’m sure I’ll play.”

Rondo (who only appears headless in this photo) also said: “It hurts a lot, but it’s not too painful.”

The Lakers worked out at Staples Center before the Celtics — putting extra emphasis on free throws. They finished up with more shooting drills — except a resting Kobe Bryant — and had no concerns about having won Game 3 ugly.

“My three rings have nothing about field-goal percentage on them,” Derek Fisher said. “They just say, ‘World Champions.’ “
