LOS ANGELES — The Rockets’ winning streak might still be going by the time the Lakers visit Houston on Sunday, and ABC wants in on that quality action. The Lakers-Rockets game has been changed from 4 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., and ABC has picked up the telecast.
