If Kobe Bryant is ever traded to Chicago, he’ll be stepping full stride into more comparisons with Michael Jordan. Bryant spent the early part of his career trying to shake that hot topic.
But with the Bulls in town and a lot of attention on this game with the Lakers because of Bryant’s interest in going to Chicago, Phil Jackson was asked if he expected the sort of spotlight to pique Bryant’s interest.
“He’s always more aggressive,” Jackson said of these high-interest situations. “He steps up to the challenge – very similar to what I would consider Michael would step into challenges in his career. I kind of have to warn him (Bryant) not to overplay the situation.”
